 Enjoy 2.5 hours of head-to-toe, full-body release as we explore various self-massage and myofascial release tools and techniques. Benefits include pain relief, injury prevention, muscle recovery, improved sleep, stress reduction, increased mobility, and proprioception!

All props and massage tools are provided; just bring your mat and yourself!You are welcome to bring your own tools, but please keep in mind that this practice is built around the use of the various Wellround massage tools.Massage tool options are also available for purchase by visiting the link below.

Holly Anderson is a Trauma-Informed E-RYT and Wellround Senior Instructor/Training Coordinator with extensive experience guiding folks through Self Massage and Myofascial Release techniques. Her passion is to help you explore the best ways to support your individual needs and find relief through these practices.

During this transformative experience, you will learn various breathing techniques and engage in a guided breathwork session led by Sarah Howard. Through conscious breathing, you will tap into your body's innate wisdom, allowing for the release of physical and emotional blockages. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, Somatic Breathwork offers a safe and supportive space to embark on this inner journey.

No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.

Studio 2 is the home of our weekly HIIT classes, small group strength series, special workshops, and more! Studio 2 is conveniently located just four doors down,

 Join us for our weekly HIIT classes on Wednesdays at 12 pm and saturdays at 8:00 am! HIIT Classes are included in your existing annual and autopay memberships. You can also use your class pass or drop-in to attend! Space is limited, so please reserve your spot online!

Studio 2 also serves as a Private Gym for members who want access to dumbbells, kettlebells, fitness decks, resistance bands, TRX equipment, Assault AirBike, state-of-the-art Hydrow Rower, and more!

Private Gym access is available as an add-on to your existing membership for only $35 per month (autopay). Access to the space is available from 5 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week outside of any regularly scheduled class times. Send us an email after purchase for your personal access code to the space!
