This revolutionary practice introduces the traditional values of yoga in an atmosphere that reflects the hot & humid climate of India. Each of the twenty six postures has its own unique effect on the functions of the body. The postures are taught in the same order, every time, to establish discipline & monitor progress. Among the many health benefits of this practice are improved awareness, balance, mobility, & endurance.

Happy Hour Power

Each Friday we host happy hour yoga to help you burn the week away. Experience this high energy, mood enhancing, muscle toning vinyasa flow that will have you feeling the weekend vibes!

Barre

Duration - 60 min

Heat - Non-heated

Level - This is a great class if you’re looking for a physical challenge without high temperature heat.

This class is challenging & energetic! Get a full body workout inspired by the combination of ballet strength training, hand weights & the restorative qualities of yoga. Feel the burn form beginning to end and gain control over every muscle in the body. No heat required in this class because YOU bring the fire!

Gentle

Level - A mindful practice designed to allow you to go at your own pace.

Let your body & mind be nurtured into its fullest potential. This is a gentle, but rewarding way to restore & strengthen the body. Explore both active & passive postures to discover the magic of a balanced yoga practice.

Vinyasa

Duration - 60 min

Level - All are welcome! Expect to move the body in new ways. A well balanced warm up, work out, & cool down.

A vigorous flow that allows control & creativity to fuel each aspect of your practice. We are reminded to tame the breath in order to pursue each posture with mindfulness. This class helps you to build endurance & find an organic approach to your practice. Your teacher will offer gentle modifications & time to rest, as well as time to play & explore fun variations that advance your skills on your mat.

Sculpt

Duration - 60 min

Heat - °95/110

Level - Challenging! Expect to be pushed to your maximum potential.

In yoga sculpt we harmonize the dynamic movements of a yoga flow with the intensity of cardio, hand weights & core workouts. This ultimate combo is designed to fuel your yoga practice, build endurance, & burn calories. Expect to feel great accomplishment after this electrifying sixty minutes!

Yin

Duration - 60 min, 75 min Candle light practice on Sunday’s.

Heat - Non-heated

Level - A very relaxing experience. Gentle on the mind & body.

Immerse yourself in complete tranquility & discover the magic of the yin yoga practice. Balance your busy life by releasing stress from the mind and tension from the body. With the use of yoga props we explore deep restorative stretches & relaxing breathing techniques. To complete the Revive experience we finish class with a 10 min savasana, that will recharge your body & spirit.

Mat Pilates

Duration - 60 min

Non-heated

Level - Strong go at your own pace movemnts with low impact.

a challenging strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on core (trunk) muscles while also training arms and legs. helps improve posture, strengthens your core, and can decrease back and joint pain.

HITT

Duration - 45 min

Non-heated

Level - Strenght and cardio full body workout.

Combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. The use of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps and other exercise equipment can be used during class to enhance your workout!

HIIT classes are held in Studio 2. Please remember to wear a pair of clean athletic shoes!
