Combine your love of yoga with the beauty of the outdoors! Join us for a walk in the forest and a yoga practice under the trees.
Research has shown that spending time outdoors can improve both your mental and physical health, and yoga opens the senses and deepens the connection to your environment, making these two activities the perfect complement to one another. We will meet at the trail at 9:30 a.m. for a leisurely 4.5-mile walk around the trails of Millersylvania State Park. This trail is rated easy, well maintained, and mostly flat with minimal elevation. After our 1.5-hour hike, we will refresh with snacks and finish the morning with a 45-minute gentle yoga practice and meditation.
Please bring water, personal snacks and your yoga mat.
