Come and experience the ultimate self care practice combining the benefits of Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga, lead by Katie. Enjoy 2 hours of head to toe, full-body release and restorative yoga. We will begin class with light movement and pranayama before we explore various self-massage and myofascial release tools and tEchniques. Class will conclude with a long rest in savasana as you are lead through a guided meditation and mini sound bath.

Myofascial release is a form of self message using specially designed tools created to safely roll out the muscles and fascial system in the body. This practice will help you reduce stress and tension stored in the body, release pain from poor posture and overused muscles, improved sleep, and increase flexibility leaving the body feeling balanced and relaxed.

All props and massage tools are provided as well as blankets, bolsters and blocks. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and water bottle as well as any other items you need to feel comfortable.
