This 4-week series in Studio 2 focuses entirely on strengthening the core muscles for 45 minutes at a time, twice a week. Your core muscles form the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a golf ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it.

In Core Club, we will combine stabilizing and strengthening movements to benefit daily function, sport and fitness activities, balance, and posture. Classes can include the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and or Pilates balls to help strengthen your center! A strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do. Dedicate yourself to this challenging, all-levels series and reap the benefits! Attend twice per week for four weeks. Choose from either morning or evening class times below!
