Share an afternoon of yoga with someone you love in a light-hearted, fun, and interactive partner yoga practice! Two is always better than one, so bring a partner, spouse, friend, or family member!

Partner yoga is all about communication and connection. During class, we will explore postures that will require you to work together physically and energetically as you learn to assist each other in our asana practice.

We all know that yoga is good for you, but partner yoga has unique benefits of its own. Through the exploration of poses and physical touch, we release oxytocin, the “love hormone,” which leaves us feeling safe and loved. Working together can also make you giggle, which stimulates organs and relieves stress and tension.
