Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that induces deep relaxation that moves awareness from the external world to the internal, bringing practitioners to a state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice is known for its ability to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.
