Revive is excited to partner with Lakewold Gardens for a special summer series celebrating movement, mindfulness, and nature.
Join us on select Wednesday evenings at 5:00 PM for a rotating lineup of outdoor experiences, including Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt Pilates, and Yoga + Sound Bath sessions. Each class offers a unique way to reconnect with yourself while enjoying the peaceful beauty of Lakewold Gardens.

FULL MOON MANDALA FLOW

Join Patrea for a special practice on the evening of the next full moon! Class will begin with a mandala flow, followed by a restorative yoga Nidra meditation to reset your energy and intentions. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that induces deep relaxation that moves awareness from the external world to the internal, bringing practitioners to a state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice is known for its ability to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.
